After 12 years on the Fayetteville Square, East Square Creative Office – your partner with Anytime Mailbox – is moving to a new location.
An Era on the Square Comes to an End
At the beginning of June, I was notified that my lease with the State of Arkansas would not be renewed and the University was going to use my space for another purpose. I would have happily stayed another 12 years, but the University had other plans for me. The clock started ticking and I had to find a new place for the mail center and my tax business – Grass Roots Taxes.
Do I go bigger? Smaller? Do I retire? I had a lot to consider.
Moving in with New Partner
After a lot of consideration, I decided to co-locate my tax business with another tax business – Valarie’s Family Taxes at 210 S Thompson in Springdale. Both businesses needed less space after working from home for the past two years. Consolidating and combining resources will provide better service to everyone.
The Anytime Mailbox center will have open office hours if you need to pick up your mail. You can park right at the door. No more wandering through a giant office building and trying to find a free space to park.
We will be right on South Thompson (71B) just across from the Waffle House and in the same parking lot as Mary’s Natural Foods. We will be there starting August 1st.

What You Need to Do
To keep your mail coming, you need to do the following over the next three months. First, you will need to fill out a new Post Office form 1583. In a few weeks I will generate one and send it to you. You do NOT need to pay another $25 to have it notarized online. You can print it out and take it to any bank to be notarized. I will write a blog on this process.
Next, you will need to put in a change of address at the Fayetteville Post Office. I will also write a blog on this process. For the next few months, all the mail going to the Fayetteville Address will be forwarded to the new Springdale address.
Third, you will need to notify the people who send you mail that your address has changed (again). So your bills and letters and church and friends all need your new mailing address. Again, you guessed it, I will write a blog to walk you through the process.
What About my Account with Anytime Mailbox?

Nothing will change! You pricing, standing orders, and box number will remain the same. You app, dashboard, and online access will be exactly the same. I will still be there checking in your mail every day and updating your dashboard. The only thing changing is your address.
